Project HOPEFUL was founded in 2007 to bring truth to the world about caring for and raising children with HIV. We sought to eradicate stigma so overlooked children would no longer be left behind. Since that time, one area of our focus has been education about caring for and parenting children with special needs.

We have expanded our education platform to include valuable information about several other conditions that have historically caused children to be overlooked, including Down syndrome, sensory processing disorder, trauma, older child care and adoption, and sibling group adoption.

As we continue to grow, Project HOPEFUL will continue its commitment to providing leading resources on a variety of issues facing overlooked children.
